The Metal Pit: How did you first get into metal music, and what was the first band or album that hooked you?
Anastasia: I first heard rock music in my early childhood: my dad was a big fan of Metallica, Pantera and Scorpions. The first album I heard as a conscious adult was Rammstein.
What was the most memorable concert you’ve ever attended, and why did it stand out?
3 years ago I went to the Download music festival in Germany. That’s where I first heard Metallica and Five Finger Death Punch. It was awesome.
What’s your go-to metal anthem when you need a boost of energy?
Definitely Five Finger Death Punch early albums. I always listen to them during workouts.
If you could attend any metal concert from any era, which one would it be and why?
Oh… there are so many… But I can definitely point out Avenged Sevenfold, Motionless in White, In this moment.
One of the things you do is model. How long have you been doing that and what is the best thing about it?
Modeling has been my hobby for 5 years now. Photo sessions work as psychotherapy for me. When I am in the frame, I feel more confident. At this moment, all my problems seem to come true, recede into the background.
If you could model for any metal bands album cover who would it be?
Hmm… I guess my style would go well with the music of Marilyn Manson or Rammstein.
You have a Patreon page. What do members get on your page?
Hahaha. You won’t find any spicy content there. I mean, I don’t take nude photos, I just share a lot of photos from my photo shoots with my followers. They see each new shoot before my Instagram followers.
What’s a metal album you think every fan should listen to at least once in their life?
Avenged Sevenfold – “City of Evil”
Outside of Metal what are some of your other hobbies/interests?
As you already know, I am a model. Besides that, I work as a fitness trainer and I really love fitness.
